Basic recipe for complete organic fertilizer (COF)to grow nutrient dense food
This concoction is intended to provide mineral balance to garden soil. It is a slower acting product that can be paired with synthetic fertilizers. My advice is apply synthetics sparingly.
Nutrient dense food looks better, tastes better and has a positive impact on health.

Sourcing and cost
I found Ebay to be a good source for material. Also Alpha Chemical is a solid supplier for the trace elements.
I spent ~ $200 to acquire ~ 100 pounds of material. This was enough to treat two residential lots. Your mileage may vary.
